🔹 RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At OneMart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
🔹 RETURNS
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
🔹 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Gift cards
• Personal care products (if opened)
• Perishable goods
• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
🔹 REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
🔹 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
🔹 EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
🔹 RETURN SHIPPING
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
